Estate Services is located at Iona Business Park in Derry. Incorporated on 11th July 2003, the company is a community owned enterprise. The Board of Directors is made up of both men and women, and includes people from cross community backgrounds.

Estate Services is by far the largest independent security company in the Northwest; it provides security services across a wide spectrum including open-air events, concerts, festivals, licensed premises, site security, industrial estates, retail security, schools, sheltered accommodation and mobile patrols.
